TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)
TOPS is a non-profit, noncommercial, weight-loss support organization. Our chapter meets every Monday from 5:00-7:00pm. We feel that the friendships and fellowship of this program helps to encourage one to keep a healthy diet, which is important when trying to loose weight.
We are proud to say that we have two members who have lost over 100 pounds!
